The short answer
#CONNECT! means Excel could not connect to the source behind a linked data type or query. Check the connection, credentials, network and source availability.
Open the source URL, database or file directly. If it does not work there, fix the source or network first.
Open Data → Queries & Connections → Properties → Credentials and update the sign-in. Then refresh.
If a file or folder moved, update the source path in Power Query. Use a parameter for paths that change between environments.
Paste the formula into the free browser tools to see the exact fix without uploading your file. The Error Fixer explains the code, the Formula Checker finds syntax problems, and the Formula Explainer breaks down nested logic.

Test the source outside Excel: Open the source URL, database or file directly. If it does not work there, fix the source or network first. Re-enter credentials: Open Data → Queries & Connections → Properties → Credentials and update the sign-in. Then refresh.
Usually because only some rows contain the trigger: The external source is offline or has moved. Credentials have expired or the account lacks permission. A firewall, VPN or proxy is blocking the connection.
Fix the underlying reference or data type, then test the formula on a copy of the sheet before filling it down.
